Earth

I was born in Lucerne, Switzerland. After high school I completed a Masters Degree in Economics and a Diploma in Teaching at the University of Zürich. I’m teaching law and economics at college in Switzerland and realizing surf culture projects. My little family is allways by my side!

I write articles as a freelance journalist for several magazines and journals. Sometimes I have the great pleasure to be a guest speaker or the master of ceremony of all kind of events.

2019 I founded the „Swiss Surf Film Festival“ SSFF – the first festival of Switzerland that celebrates three nights of surf culture in all it forms.

Water

If I could choose between wings and gills, I would choose the gills. Ever since I can remember, I have had a huge fascination for the element of water. At the age of 4 I was able to swim. No matter whether it is the sea, a lake or a river – ice cold or tropically warm – water attracts me magically.

As a free surfer I surf for advertising campaigns and testimonials (photo and video) and in my SPS Surf Coaching Camps I try to pass on my fascination and knowledge to other surfers.

I surfed more than 12 years for the Swiss National Surfing Team and was a Swiss Olympic Elite card holder. I was Swiss Surfing Champion and 6 times Vice Surfing Champion, surfed at 4 World Surfing Games and 3 European Surfing Championships for my country.
